The rose bloom month here is usually July, Sigrid. June isn't too warm for roses. About white rose - I'm not sure the name, this rose came to my garden through the neighbor's fence:-)
Nadezda your roses are just wonderful, the white rosebush is exquisite. I am from Argentina and love Roses but the heat and humidity make them look pretty bad for most part of the year, seemingly mild summers suit roses very well. Send you my best wishes!
MDN. thank you for stopping by! I'm glad you liked my garden roses. The summer here in North isn't hot and humid, it's mostly cool with cold rain. So roses bloom well during 2 months, some of mine bloom until frost. Have a nice day!
Gorgeous roses, Nadezda! I think we wrote about this also last year: your white rose looks very much like the Rosa spinosissima (pimpinellifolia) 'Plena', here called Midsummer Rose. Its origins may be in Russia. Thank you for the rain! :) Now it's enough for some time. Happy gardening!
Dear Nadezda, The photos of your roses are beautiful. How many roses do you have in your garden? I saw a rosa rugosa in the third picture, I really like them, because they are resistent and they smell great. With kind regards Katharina
I'm not sure Katharina I have about 15 roses but every spring I count dead ones and have to buy some new roses. So it's natural selection, now I buy the very hardy roses: rugosa, Canadian, spinosissima, groundcover, bushes etc.
