Lucja, I'm not sure what a variety of pumpkin was mine, maybe Butternut Squash. I think a musky pumpkin is a round one, but not sure. Glad you liked my pancakes, they disappeared fast. Have a nice day!
Oh my goodness, Nadezda, they look so delicious!! I have never tasted Pumpkin Pancakes, but the idea sounds very good. The photos are good too: if they don't make a person to feel hungry, nothing will. :) Have a lovely weekend!

With this recipe you gave me some ideas what I could do with this little rest of that pumpkin which still lays in my refrigerator. Pumpkin is one of my favourite vegetables. However, my family don't share this liking. I usually make pumpkin soup and freeze some for later meals. The pancakes look delicious. I can almost smell them cooking. Thank you for sharing, Nadezda.
