The first icicles

The first icicles hung from the roof of our summer house. The sun warmed the roof at day time, and the snow began to melt.

The snow becomes friable and falls down.

The roof of my greenhouse is cleaned of the snow.

In February days are longer, the sun does not warm enough, but it shines more time. My lobelia and pelargonia seedlings grow up and wait for Spring.  The birds chirp merrily, warmed in the sun.
  We all wait for Spring!

  1. It is nice to see signs of spring! I am waiting for its arrival here in northern America as well. I really enjoy your blog and have nominated it for the "Liebster blog" award. See my latest post (http://virtualvisitmygarden.blogspot.com/2012/02/liebster-blog-award.html) for details.
