The fall is a beautiful season with golden leaves on the trees in parks and calm and clean river water. The Mikhail's garden and Palace, the forged garden fencing with tulips, the Summer garden and the white marble statues...

  4. Your city St.Petersburg is very beautiful and very old. I love the ornate domes of the church, impressive buildings and wrought iron work. Snow softens everything and Autumn leaves, rich in colour.

I learn much from your blog and I'm glad we are friends.

    1. There are a lot of gardens and parks in St Petersburg, Lisa. Mostly they are old ones, but some new parks were founded to 300th anniversary of the city. You're right, St Petersburg is known by novels by Dostoyevsky, Pushkin, Pasternak, Leo Tolstoy, Brodsky, etc.
