In late March spring begins to show its signs. The sky is blue, the sun warms a bit, and a magpie inspects his possessions from the top of a
tree.
Mosses are green in the warm air of my greenhouse.Another moss warmed up on the bark of an apple tree and begins to grow
.
My pelargoniums have blossomed and are waiting to move into the garden.
It's spring! Beautiful sky. And your pelargonium is lovely.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely colour of pelargonium, Nadezda!! Glad spring is happening near you! Astrid
ReplyDeleteThat has reminded me to put my pelargonium outside! I have a citrus tree which is very happy indoors but perhaps I should also put it out! It's very warm here at present but I doubt it will continue and by the end of the month it could be very different and much colder weather.
ReplyDeleteHello Nadezda,
ReplyDeleteIt will be a long time before I can put my pelargoniums outside again, not until May. We still have frosts at night and no tender plant is safe outdoors yet.
Thank you for commenting on my blog and I would be happy to have a Russian lady gardener as a follower on Friko's World.
I have just joined this blog as our latest follower.
You are so wonderfully observant of the various signs of spring! Your mosses are very nice - they do not grow in my area very much.
ReplyDeleteThe arrival of new life in the garden is always exciting. Thanks for stopping by my blog today and leaving a comment.
ReplyDeleteSpring is looking beautiful in your garden. Pelargoniums are one of my favorite annuals. I plant them in containers scattered all around.Your photo of the lichen on the tree branch is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHow do you manage to get your pelargoniums to bloom so early? I remember it was always too dark for mine.. I am glad spring is coming to you too, everything will be in bloom before you know it!
ReplyDeleteMasha, thanks for visiting my blog! My pelargoniums grow on the southern windowsill, they've got enough sun there.
