Lovely, I wish I could smell them. Groetjes Hetty
Yes you could, Hetty :-) The white rose scent is so strong. Thank you!
Hi Nadezda! Oh what roses! Just wonderful! Have a nice evening
Thank you Anne, have a nice week!
Wonderful roses, dear Nadezda!Hopefully summer will bring warmth and lot of blooms!
I do hope as well Tistou, we both have waited warm summer.
Hello Nadezda!I just fell in love with the 4th picture. Do you know her name? Your white rose bunch looks very elegant. So is the month of July the rose month in St. Petersburg? In Germany rose blossom starts in June.
The rose bloom month here is usually July, Sigrid. June isn't too warm for roses. About white rose - I'm not sure the name, this rose came to my garden through the neighbor's fence:-)
Nadezda your roses are just wonderful, the white rosebush is exquisite. I am from Argentina and love Roses but the heat and humidity make them look pretty bad for most part of the year, seemingly mild summers suit roses very well. Send you my best wishes!
MDN. thank you for stopping by!I'm glad you liked my garden roses. The summer here in North isn't hot and humid, it's mostly cool with cold rain. So roses bloom well during 2 months, some of mine bloom until frost. Have a nice day!
Your roses are beautiful. I have several bushes but none compare to yours. I can only imagine the beautiful fragrance. :-)
Yes, a fragrance is wonderful, Judy. Sure your roses are beautiful as well :-)
Gorgeous roses, Nadezda! Has summer warmth finally arrived in your garden? How pretty they are in your vase.
I do hope it has, Peter! I like your flower vases and I tried to make the bouquet like yours :-)
Preciosas tus rosas, Nadezda! Felicidades por ese lindo jardín lleno de aromas.Buena semana!
Gracias, Tania, en realidad las rosas adornan mi jardin.
Those are absolutely stunning roses, Nadezda. I particularly love the white and yellow.
Thank you Jason!
Gorgeous roses, Nadezda!I think we wrote about this also last year: your white rose looks very much like the Rosa spinosissima (pimpinellifolia) 'Plena', here called Midsummer Rose. Its origins may be in Russia.Thank you for the rain! :) Now it's enough for some time.Happy gardening!
Enjoy the rain, Sara :)Perhaps you're right, I think it's rosa spinosissima. It's lucky that you remember my rose!
Que preciosas las tienes!! Tu jardín es una maravilla de color Nadezda. Me encanta.Buen jueves.Besos.
Gracias, Laura, me alegro que te gusta mi jardin!
Gorgeous! The roses are really beautiful treat for me. Thanks
You're welcome Endah!
Thank you Kruunu Vuokko!
Beautiful garden, Nadezda!Happy new week!kisses:))xxBasia
Thank you Basia!
Dear Nadezda,The photos of your roses are beautiful. How many roses do you have in your garden? I saw a rosa rugosa in the third picture, I really like them, because they are resistent and they smell great. With kind regards Katharina
I'm not sure Katharina I have about 15 roses but every spring I count dead ones and have to buy some new roses. So it's natural selection, now I buy the very hardy roses: rugosa, Canadian, spinosissima, groundcover, bushes etc.
Thank you for stopping by Nadezda's Northern Garden blog! I'm glad to read your friendly comments very much.Feel free to comment on the posts or photosI warmly welcome the new followers on my blog.
