Worlds of phlox and insects

The "Song of the Phlox Fairy"
August in the garden!
Now the cheerful phlox
Makes one think of country girls
Fresh in summer frocks.
There you see
 magenta,
 Here a lovely
 white
 Mauve, and pink
and cherry-red
       Such a pleasant sight!
Smiling little fairy
Climbing up the stem
Tell us which is prettiest?
She says “All of them!

by  Cicely Mary Barker

Worlds of phlox flowers and insects, these two worlds intersect, the flowers are food for many insects.

Each of them lives its own life.
Lovely fragrant phlox delight people with their beauty and tenderness.

The butterflies eat nectar, the dragonfly flits easily around my pond where it was born in the spring.

Insects do not always please people, and often scare people with his appearance and behavior. A small spider has woven a web and catches flies on our window.

It's a spider nest on Thuja, there have already appeared the small spiders.

Light and Shadow

In the evening at sunset long shadows appear.
At this time all the plants in my garden look differently.
Their petals and leaves can be seen clearly and graphically, and their beautiful shadows lie on the ground.
When the day is dim and the sun is just noticeable through the clouds, the plants also look dull.
Light and Shadow play with plants, showing their fine petals,

showing their stems, veins and holes on each leave.
