Hello, friends. Here I am at the computer, I decided to write so that you don't think that I've completely disappeared.
I only move around at home, my broken leg is healing, I hope so :) That's why there are no recent photos and there are none in sight. Maybe I'll find something in the archive.
I eat healthy food and take pills. I don't have much of an appetite, sometimes I want defrosted berries from the garden.
The surgery on my leg was done under insurance, "OMS" (compulsory medical insurance), so I didn't pay anything. Well, I'm trying to recover, I do exercises for my leg.
I wish you health and, if possible, not to fall :) I hope that by spring I will be able to walk better. By the way, spring is already on the doorstep. I can see its signs from the window.
Dear Nadezhda! I hope you are getting better!
ReplyDeleteGet well soon!

Hi, Nadezda: I didn’t know that you had broken your leg. How awful! I hope that your recovery is swift and that you will be able to get out into your garden in Spring. Hugs - David
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry to read about your health problems, Nadezda! I hope you will be better very soon. Beautiful painting.
ReplyDeleteAll the best to you!
Take care, I fell over about a week ago when pruning buddleia. It ended up on my bottom but after is fell against a stump that hurt my side. I can still feel the effects but compared to you I escaped lightly.
Me gusto tu imagen.
ReplyDeleteLinda foto. te deseo un lindo mes.
ReplyDeleteLiebe Nadezda,
My dearest friends Irina, Sandi, David, Marit, Sue, Luiz, Citu, Anke, I am very grateful for your words, for your kind words. I am trying to get better, but at my age it is not fast. However, I hope that by spring I will be better.
DeleteOh Nadezda, I am very sorry to hear that you fell. I hope that at least you are able to do some extra painting while you are laid up, as your work is really lovely. But painting is not really consolation for being injured and unable to get into the garden, of course, so I hope that your healing continues well and you are able to get out in the spring. I am glad to hear you are doing your exercises. Speaking as a person who doesn't enjoy exercise, I only realised recently why it is so important to do it. t's simple really, that the more you try to move it, the more it will try to make itself fit to move. My very best wishes for continued healing, steady though it may seem slow. Jenny
ReplyDeleteDear Nadezda!
ReplyDeleteI wish you a speedy recovery.
Hugs and greetings:)
Besos y abrazos.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry to know you have a broken leg, dear Nadezda. It can be such a problem as we age. Just takes a moment to happen, but the recovery takes longer than a younger person. I have had a few falls in recent times, but the worst damage was three fractured ribs and a head bump. I am very careful now. Are you able to catch up with some embroidery or painting? I'm sure your family will be taking good care of you. Hope you are much better when the Springtime arrives and you can spend some time outdoors. A big hug to you. Betty.
ReplyDeleteI am glad to hear from you. I hope you recover soon.
ReplyDeleteDear friends, Jenny, Lucja, Lola,Betty,RTC. Time goes by and I already feel that my leg is gradually recovering from the operation. Betty, you are right, at our age health does not recover quickly. I try to walk around the house, but I want to go outside, into the fresh air.
ReplyDeleteFalls can be terrible, my mother-in-law broke her leg last year in a fall at home. I wish you a speedy recovery.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful painting ❤️
Happy Women's Day 🌺
My dear! I noticed the silence on your blog, but I had no idea you had broken your leg!
ReplyDeleteThe most important thing is that the situation is now under control. I wish you a speedy recovery so that you can start spring work in your beautiful garden :-))
Hugs and greetings!
Anita
Feel better.

My dear Teresa, Luiz, Maria, Anita, R's.Yes, the situation is under control, only I need to have more strength to recover. That's all I want.
Glad to hear you're on the mend! Hopefully, by the time spring fully arrives, you'll be back on your feet and enjoying the fresh air. In the meantime, take it easy
ReplyDeleteHola Nadezda.
DeleteDear Nadezda, I really hope you're already feeling better, and I'm glad you're doing exercises, because they're very important... and above all, it's important to do them as recommended by doctors or physiotherapists... I've learned: "Never exercise the pain with exercises." The body needs time to recover, and unfortunately, as someone who's no longer young, it needs correspondingly longer. I wish you lots of patience and courage... you can do it.
ReplyDeleteAll the best from Viola
P.S. We had some snow and frost last night, but now the temperatures are rising, and then the spring flowers can bloom again... I'm already looking forward to the birdsong... Hug to you.
Buona settimana!
Hello Nadezda. The truth is that surgery is something a little... complicated. Now I have two of my family members who need a kidney transplant, my nephew the recipient and my sister the donor. And that, in a certain way, puts the world on your head. But thanks to God, we know that there are worse situations, but God has freed us now.
ReplyDeleteCuenta conque, this dawn, when I pray, I will do it for you.
I also remember that I have an entry dedicated to you, and if I didn't put it there it's because there are certain geopolitical circumstances that influence what I can do... and I believe it will take a little time to do it. In any case, I want you to separate that I have not forgotten this.
Dear friends Viola, Gabriel and Ali. I am glad to see your comments on my blog. Of course, time goes by and as they say "heals". I try to walk more, but so that my leg does not hurt. Age is making itself felt. I hope that when it is warmer in the garden I will be able to go there.
